Hungarian herbs

Who knows if it was the Korean pill mix, the Chinese herbs, the chocolate shake or the beer I had last night... or perhaps the Hungarian herbs - aka Unicum - but my sore throat is gone.

Sadly, the long weekend is also over, but today was pretty awesome. Spent the day in Brooklyn at the annual West Indian-American Day Carnival, which showcased things like this amazing costume (is that even the right word for this contraption??), and other things like the tiniest bikinis I have ever seen outside of a beach, and oxtail for lunch. 

And guess what? Tomorrow I get to wear my white coat for the first time!
